- What does PLAAGG Wines do?
- PLAAGG Wines is stock and point-of-sale software for wines & spirits shops. It manages bottles and cases, receiving with a supplier ledger, a phone-friendly POS with cash, M-Pesa, credit and bank tenders, purchase orders, transfers, stock counts, returns, customer credit and reports.
- Does PLAAGG check customer age at the point of sale?
- Yes. A sale cannot be completed without recording the age-verification choice, and the choice is shown on the sale record afterwards. It is a record to support the seller's own judgement, not a substitute for it.
- Can I sell by the bottle and by the case?
- Yes. Products are tracked in bottles and cases, and stock levels follow whichever unit is sold or received.
- Can staff share one till?
- Yes. Each person signs in once on the device; after that they switch between each other with a PIN or fingerprint, and every sale is recorded against the person who rang it up.
